How to rent a villa
Renting a villa starts with a simple request for information. You can call us or write a letter with your wishes, tell us about your vacation plans. We need to know the number of people in your group, arrival and departure dates and your wishes for the villa and budget. You can also simply use the information on our website and choose the option that suits you. Submitting an application does not mean that you have ordered anything - it is simply a starting point to tell us about your interests. We will then select several options for you that match your needs and travel dates. But choosing your villa is just the beginning.
When deciding to book a villa, remember that renting a villa allows you to individually organize your holiday, thanks to additional services and dedicated staff at your disposal. Indulge in additional services, excursions, golf, spa treatments and other exciting activities. You can even ask for the refrigerator to be stocked with your favorite foods, or have the most delicious bespoke meals prepared for you in the evening. This is all included in the additional concierge service we offer.
When you arrive, we will meet you at the airport and arrange transport to your villa. From our manager you will learn about all the features of the villa and its surroundings. Some travelers believe that the process of renting a villa is very confusing, but this is far from true:
Browse our website and choose two or three villas that best suit your requirements, then fill out our form, write a simple letter or call us. We will help you choose the right villa.
We will check the availability of the desired villa for your dates, answer questions and discuss the best options for your trip.
We will prepare and send you a rental agreement, and also request a deposit to secure your agreed holiday dates, as the villa is rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the villa is assigned to you, we will draw up a list of all the additional activities and services you need - from car rental and food supplies to private cook or nanny services.
Before arrival, you will receive a final document confirming everything that has been agreed upon, plus providing all the contact information you will need on site.
Upon arrival, someone will definitely meet you at the airport or you will be sent detailed instructions on how to get to the villa.
At the villa you will be given the keys and given a short tour, then left to enjoy your holiday!

Villa Rental Terms and Conditions in Mexico
Reservation and Deposit. A deposit equal to 2 nights' accommodation is required to make a villa reservation. The deposit must be paid 1-7 days after booking, depending on the arrival date. Full payment is due in local currency upon check-in. Full payment can also be made in advance by bank transfer. For holiday reservations (Christmas and New Year, May holidays), the deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Security Deposit and Damage Coverage. All guests agree that the rental property must be returned in the same condition it was found in at the start of the rental period. Damage is defined as accidental damage or breakage to the property in excess of normal wear and tear, with a maximum of $50. Any damage in excess of this amount must be paid in cash.
Cancellation or Changes to the Request. Cancellation of the application is made on the day our company receives a written application from the tenant by e-mail. In case of cancellation of the application, the paid deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the rental cost is non-refundable.
Making changes to the application and additional services. The rental date can be changed 30 days or more before the arrival date. If the same property and the total number of nights are retained, the cost of changing the application will be $50. The change of the arrival date is subject to the availability of the property and taking into account a possible change in the rental price for the new booking dates (different season, etc.). Making changes to the application: after booking and paying for additional services, a service fee of $25 is charged for making any changes to the application. Cancellation of additional services: after ordering and paying for additional services, the cost of cancellation of the application is $50. The application cannot be canceled if there are 14 days or less before arrival.
Use of facilities. Each application includes the specified number of guests and bedrooms. The tenant reserves the right to charge an additional fee for adding guests and/or bedrooms to the booking. Exceeding the maximum number of guests staying at the rental property is prohibited. Use of the residential premises for any purpose other than residential purposes must be done with the tenant's permission. If approved, an additional "event fee" and an additional security deposit may be required. If the tenant provides false information about the event, the security deposit paid by them will be confiscated as a penalty, and guests may be asked to vacate the rented property without the right to a refund.
Check-in and check-out times. Check-in at the properties is not earlier than 15:00. Use of the villa or its territory before this time is possible only by prior arrangement. Guests are required to completely vacate the property no later than 12:00. Changes to check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement.
Refunds for unused services. Funds for unused accommodation, transportation and other services, or holding events are not refundable.
Additional charges. Rental prices do not include expenses and services not mentioned in the property description, including air and ground transportation, passport and visa fees, personal services consultations, meals, beverages, car rental, insurance, additional local taxes, telephone calls, laundry services and other additional services.
Adverse Weather Conditions. The renter will not pay full or partial compensation for evacuations due to adverse weather conditions, hurricanes or other natural disasters. The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the property is uninhabitable as a result of hurricane damage (destruction of the house, loss of electricity and other amenities, etc.). In the event of a mandatory hurricane-related evacuation, guests may transfer any unused nights to another time within 12 months of the current season or use them in the following season for a price difference.
